that is soldered to the top of the oscillator case on the TRX board:

Why do I ask?
The
The tune function on my Flex5000 started acting strangely. When I hit tune
instead of getting the normal 10 watts I get about 115 watts on the forward
power meter. This is confirmed by an external power meter which reads 100
watts. It doesn't matter which antenna I'm using including a dummy

Using SetupAudioVAC drivers other than WDS can still result in latency
growth.

See my post on power spikes. I am seeing the same power spike. This causes
my amp to trip off on gird current protection. I have not had the problem
with the tune function. You might want to check the tune power setting
under setup/transmit.

watts out (100 on the external meter). It doesn't matter what you have set
on the tune block on the transmit tab. Again keying in the USB (LSB) with
no audio input yields the same 115/100 watts.

If you are getting output in USB or LSB into a dummyload, it appears
your balanced modulator has failed and will need
replacement.. Follow the procedure on the Support page for service..

That when I accidentally dragged PWSDR svn 2054 a tad and noticed that there
was a something below the MULTI RX frame.
Lifted the title bar and found the Display Options of dual panadaptor and
waterfall had been added.
I'd read the note in the SVN log and had been looking for the new feature

The resistor is a PTC (positive temperature coef)
resistor, comes from Flex, one of the latest mods on
the SDR1000.
Maybe Flex can still deliver or can tell you a type number.
(Mod was done at Flex as far as I know, to prevent damage
to the PTC and he Xtal module)

I would like to use K6JCA's version of SDR and I understand I have to
check out the version to a new directory as per the KB *Running
Different Versions of PowerSDR 1.x *- so far so good, however, when I do
do this I get the following error message:
