Generally, is there an automatic tunestepenhancer with any of the three? So if you turn faster it takes bigger steps like on "normal" radios? I think there is only a match between a keystroke and the wheeling... So that would be that you have to switch tunesteps manuel. 73, martin dl1fux Am

Just changed the computer working with my sdr-1000,the old one was a P4 windows xp 2 gig ram, 1.8.6, every thing worked just fine. New computer is a AMD athlon II 3 core ,2 gigs of ram, 1.8.6 and windows xp. The 1000 runs a fa66,firewire hookup. and uses a parallel port connection.The new comput

That is very interesting. When I had this problem, the VAC Control panel was clearly showing 44100 Hz for one (or more) of the VAC cables. I guess the problem can manifest itself in different ways which makes it a more frustrating Windows issue to identify. -Tim - W4TME -Original M
