We would like to resolve the issue, but without any details on the error
message we cannot begin to correct the problem.
Have you tried a Reset to factory defaults on the database and then see if the
problem is reproducible before inputting or transferring any data to the new
database?

I no longer have the error problem. I unhooked the hard drive and hooked up
my hard drive from the old computer to verify it was not the radio or
software at fault. Everything worked as it should.
Took the Easy Transfer Program in windows and transferred my settings from
the old hard drive to
Gentlemen,
since the last three software updates I observed an
annoying little flaw in the PowerSDR operation.
Normally I record my dx call and send it as a playback
as often as necessary.
During qsos sometimes I like to record and playback a

Dear FlexRadio customers,
It was great to have eyeball QSOs with so many of you in Dayton this year.
We had by far the best Hamvention in all respects. Our booth space this
year was increased by 50% and the number of demo stations by 100%. We had
15 people working the booth and we were busy

So here's a thought I had today. I have a perfectly good 12 volt

during field day? Then I got to thinking, I don't have a lap top and the

Well said Brad.
I think you would need to run all of the radio off battery power. Half the
radio is in the computer. Maybe its time to look into getting a
netbook/laptop. Or run your regular computer off an inverter powered by the
batter.

Yes, I figured I'd be class D too but then I got to thinking of seeing
desktop computers for logging at a public park Field day site I visit
but they may be running them off inverters or, even if they are on the
mains available at the park, since they are not a part of the control
apparatus
It is times such as this when one of those little Honda generators would be
great to have. More toys... :)

I actually do have a little Acer
Aspire notebook PC that was my sons but I don't know how much horsepower
it has and it runs XP. I may dig it out and see if I can get it to work
but this was more or less a whimsical thought I had, not a serious
attempt at portable or emergency operation.
Just be aware the Little and Big Honda Generators that use Inverters and say
Inverter on them have a LOT of noise on the HF spectrum using the AC Cord
as a Antenna.
We had to build a VERY large filter to even use our 7KW and the little Honda
2000 on our Field day exercise.

Let me second Bret's comment. I have a Suzuki and the engine is quiet but
the RF hash is awesome.

Hi...
Can someone explain the TX delay sequencing..?
I am assuming the sequencing is 123-321...?
I don't know what to make of the delay settings. Are the delays additive or
if they are set for the same delay? ie. if all three are set for 50ms, do
they close at the same time, or does it go
My Honda EU200i is as quiet as a kitten in both hf and audible spectrums.
I guess YMMV.

That is LITERALLY true. All models are designed, built, tested, and shipped
from Austin to the world.

It isn't a sequencer. Each TX Relay line is independent and the delay is for
that line.
Here is how it works. When you assert PTT (key the radio) each line closes
(goes to ground) immediately. If the enable a DELAY, then the transmission of
RF is delayed by the amount set.
If you enable

Mike,
If you look at where the signal processing is performed, much more than half
of the radio is the computer. In the spirit of the Field Day rules, a
computer that simply does logging running off commercial power is okay, but
in the case of SDR, it would be a no-no in my opinion.
73, Ray,
Indeed! The computers run OK but you do have to do a lot of work to quiet
those inverter generators! I tie mine to the shack ground field. Recall
that at my age I have no intention of running around. If we have a local
emergency there are four dogs, and old woman and a bunch of cats that
