How broad banded is the audio in/out in the Flexwire interface?
There is a device called a DV Adapter (based on the Satoshi design) that will
do D-STAR on most radios that sport a 9600 baud packet port. I've used one with
an ICOM 706 to do D-STAR on 10 meters. I've been thinking of trying it
SDRDataTransfer v4.2.4 has been released and is available on my website or
through the automatic update facility in the program.
Also, the setup data has been updated through PowerSDR v2.2.2.
The changes to SDRDataTransfer are a couple of minor bug fixes and an update
of the User Manual. The
It is dependent on the RX passband filter width since the audio output
is essentially what comes out both the headphone and powered speakers jack.

There is a new SDRDataTransfer installation package User Manual available
for download from my website.
There are no changes to the program itself. There only changes are to the
User Manual to correct some paging issues in the .pdf file.

On my 5K it falls slowly, taking maybe a second or so to reach baseline on
the panadaptor. My external power meter, however, drops instantly to zero.
Having confirmed the latter, I've just never worried about the former.

I notice that my CPU frequency on my 3.2 ghz 6 core machine stays maxed most
of the time. I don't think my quad core did this I could be wrong. Will
PowerSDR tolerate having the CPU freq drop down to a lower CPU frequency
like down to 800 mHz?
Can I adjust for this on power management I have it

Hi All,
I am a flex3k user and running the radio in remote configuration only. What
i would like to do is using VAC for streaming audio to my remote client side
(headphones) and to the CQskimmer software.
In the current situation I can use either one or another and would need to
add another
I am still having the issue with CW Skimmer not decoding correctly. Over the
weekend I removed, rebooted and reinstalled PSDR, DDUTIL, VACÂ and
Skimmer hoping that that would fix my problem and but all the settings and
memories for PSDR were already in there the first time I started it up.

Zack, the PSDR settings are probably in a directory like
C:\Users\Zack\AppData\Roaming\Flex and the others may be in analogous
I do this by uninstalling anything related to Flex in the Remove Programs
control panel, then go to your hidden Appdata file, in the Roaming
directory, delete the FlexRadioSystems directory.
Reboot and then you should be clean!

So What I would like to know is what is the best way to get everything related
to PSDR off my XP SP3 system so that I can reinstall it as clean
SpeedStep or Cool-n-Quiet technologies are not conducive to real-time
audio processing applications. Obviously PowerSDR will still work, but
the results can be unpredictable.

Delete the %APPDATA%\FlexRadio Systems folder.
Delete all PowerSDR application folders after uninstalling the software.

Sadly, on the processors with TurboBoost you have to enable Speedstep to get
the TurboBoost.
What I do is go to the Power Control Panel (assuming Win7 OS btw) and select
the High Performance profile. Then, in that profile go to 'change advanced
settings and turn off Thermal Protection (I think
Installed JT65-HF V1.0.7 according to the Flex-Wiki and it is working.
How would I setup HRD o provide the Rig Control so I can use the
Dial ORG KHZ menu? to do band changes?
Note:
- If I do a band change in PWSDR the Dial ORG KHZ shows the selected
freuency
- I am using MiniDeLux
