You are not alone!! I have noticed this behavior on my 1500 as well.
I'm guessing there is an issue with the xverter power levels that
isn't getting translated or set back the way it should when switching
between xverter port and standard antenna port.
My solution was to use the same port for

Let me understand something. With the inexpensive hardware that is available
that will run PSDR, why do people try to bend their APPLE products into running
real-time audio processing applications. Why not just buy a dedicated $300 PC
for the Flex and be done with it?

Good Morning All !! I am hoping someone at Flex will maybe take up this issue
and give us some pointers / help . It seems just to be software related only
and nothing is wrong with the '1500 I did use my 1500 ALOT during the VHF

Well, my thoughts:
1) They are not running one OS over another - the Apple machines are dual boot
- Mac OS or Win7.
2) One machine takes up less space, less power.
3) FireWire is hard to get on a PC out of the box.

Hi Robert
I'd be happy to answer.
I have two Flex radios, a Flex-5000 and a Flex-3000. The Flex-5000 is my

computer starts and after it loads PowerSDR from the startup group. Is there a
command line switch that would accomplish this? I would prefer to do it for an
older version of the software (namely 1.18.6) since the
Hello,
With my SDR-1000 i could click somewhere (don't remember where) to enable
the tx-filter showing up in the panadapter.
Now, with the Flex-1500 i'm not able to find this setting in PowerSDR 2.3.5.
Is it not possible, maybe, for the Flex-1500?
