Is it possible to change the label for specific frequencies? For instance if I
am in general coverage mode and I want to assign call letters of a SWL station
to a specific frequency, I cannot see how to do that.
Is it possible or do I have to edit the database or are the labels hard coded?
73,
In my humble opinion, what I think is a shame is that with all of the
engineering knowledge of Flex, that they did engineer a resolution to the
issue and then bite the bullet repairing the issues with either a retrofit or
replacement. The bad press will potentially hurt the reputation of the co

Why not work around the problem by making an attenuator to knock the 52 watts

A cheap piece of RG-58 or smaller (lossier) coax of the right length attached
to the input of your amp is a guaranteed way to make it work right.

I don't know the design values, but crude measurements on my display
indicates a full unstretched single instance is about 1040 pixels
wide by about 620 pixels high.
Many modern video cards will let you rotate the display, so if you

You can run one instance of a 5000 or 3000 and and a Flex-1500. I've

This is a known fault of the VU5K. It does not have good power

Well, 1024x768 seems to be the minimum, so say 2048x768 should do it. I do not
think it will allow more than one instance, however. …JMM

What screen resolution would be necessary to run two instances of

several more months before it is ready for beta testing. In fact, I have

HI BOB,
I assumed the v/u was discontinued because they told us they were having
problems getting filters and maybe other parts. I should have been more
specific.

Steve,
The v/u maybe discontinued, but unless you heard something I have not heard,
the 5000a has not been discontinued.
