John, you need to use DDUtil for this. Here's how it works. It is similar
to a router. DDUtil talks to Powersdr. Everybody else talks to DDUtil.

No it didn't work - I made a virtual pair COM10 and COM11. I went onto PSDR and
made PSDR COM10,
then I started HRD and told it to connect to COMM11. It connected and talks to
PSDR no problem.
