Not entirely true.
Eterlogic's VSPE only has virtual ports for as long as the 'control
panel' application is active. When it is shut down the VSPs disappear. I
fell foul of this quirky behaviour early on.

PowerSDR. The first shows how to set up PowerSDR 2.6.4 for the first

In the left hand criteria select 'Any'. In the right hand side select
Audio I/Q. Leave the keyword blank. Download one or more of the .wav's.
In PowerSDR select [Wave]. In the playlist pane click [Add] and select
one
Just bear in mind that without that added preamp you probably won't have
enough input to trip the VOX without shouting, unless you use outboard kit.

Looks like your window has managed to position itself outside the
desktop boundary. Right-click the task bar icon and select [Move]
then without doing anything else press the cursor
inside the boundary again.
