Unless my memory fails me, I believe the K3 has a variable DSP filter instead of the predefined DSP filters on the Flex. The K3 is a great CW radio, I thought the audio on SSB receive was not that good. Both Flex and Elecraft are great American companies.. Jim K4JAF -Original Message--
