In spite of the fact that I have a Flex-Radio and tune it with a mouse, I
still have more than enough knobs to keep me happy. The amplifiers and
antenna
tuners still require some traditional knob twisting.

-mass confusion about what SDR is, with many assuming it is no more that
control of the radio by a computer.
-mass confusion over what is meant by SDR vs DSP vs Digital.
-passion against radios without knobs.

If (IF) flexRadio was interested in market share instead of fiddling with
us fiddlers...
they could build a front panel which plugs into the computer via
firewire
but let's not talk about that... Why should we share such a great radio
with the masses?
