[Flexradio] Noise problem when tuning Flex 3000

2013-01-26 Thread Brian Miller
I'm running a Flex 3000 radio with PowerSDR 2.5.3. When tuning across the 160M band (in any mode) the received noise floor toggles between a normal (lower) level and an erroneous (higher) level. Steps as small as 1 Hz can toggle the noise floor. The erroneous level is approximately 6 dB

Tom, I had to reduce PSDR's audio gain to 35 to keep from overdriving the inputs to my outboard multi-rig mixer. It had been crackling like crazy, but is fine now. Another possible source of the crackling is the NR + ANF. If I have both of these turned on, I get some crackling - especially

Hello! It turned out to be a calibration problem because I used the -110dBm alternative to true calibration - perhaps it should have been -130dBm because there were different messages in the documentation. Anyway, this should be solved in the new version. Thanks everyone for the help and
