[Flexradio] PwrSDR 2.0.16

I downloaded 2.0.16 last night and ran it on my Flex5000AU/V. I then ran the VHF/UHF carrier cal again. I had previously run it on 2.0.15. I believe that there has been an improvement on 2 meters, although I haven't run into anyone close enough to really tell. If I listen on my IC-706MKIIG, the
