I agree with you, but not all versions of Windows have Remote Desktop
available and not all routers and firewalls will not allow Remote
Desktop through, where as a browser based app will be allowed, you
don't need admin rights to run on the remote terminal, and you can use
another
I don't understand these recommendations to use something other than
the built in Windows Remote Desktop Connection if its available. In
fact RDP is more lightweight and more network efficient than VNC or
any other remote application available. RDP uses the underlying win32
API's and renders on the

Ron,
The issue with Remote Desktop is that it by default will take over the
sound drivers (which the Flex is controlled and passes I/Q signals) so
this is why the radio is not coming up.. Try LogMeIn or one of the VNC
variants to take control of the computer, I think that you will find
