Hi all,
i've upgraded to the Edirol with Sunix firewire card recomended from
the knowledge base
I've followed the pdf instructions on th equick start guide,,as per these
instructions the tx audio pops and clicks even worse than before.
Could someone that is running WSJT on a SDR1000
today i connected a speaker to the line out to verify the clicks and pops
and drop outs are coming from the pc (P4 4gig ram 2gig533),,,which they are
so i'm happy it's not the sdr1000.
Can someone who has wsjt running on a sdr1000 with a D44 please tell me what
they have set their Buffer's to

Re: D44 soundcard on VISTA - some months ago I tried my D44 with the latest
drivers and was convinced that the driver was responsible for some data
being lost.
At that point in time I no longer needed the D44 so gave it away to a QRP

I should also add to this post tx gain at -5 so I don't think I'm over
driving the audio and I don't appear to be able to identify the break up to
any one particular tone from WSJT
It could be related to the D44 sound card buffers being too small
(increase the delay time)
Also WSJT does not work well with older versions of VAC 4.09 is the
only version I have ever been able to get to work well on the F5K.

Looking for some advice here please as I'm looking to swap my ts850
out of the I.F. position in my eme set up and replace it with the sdr1000.
My current problem is interfacing sdr1000 with wsjt and audio pops and
crackles.
