Update on these two bugs. The 2nd bug is there for either --enable-sdl or --enable-osgviewer in the current cvs, but with neither option (just freeglut), all the keyboard bindings work as in version 1.0. Concerning the first bug; If I choose any 4:3 values in --geometry= ..., then the window
