did the previous terrain textures , but he/they did a great job ...

But problem solved. Simgear´s Cmake install directory had got reset to its
default instead of when I did a Delete Cache . Consequently when I built
FG itself it still found the old Simgear headers and libraries.
I am re-compiling and will report back if there is still a failure.

the final GUI bits for a new feature are now in fgdata - the last
feature addition for the 2.4 release from my part... You can
download/update scenery directly from FlightGear now (main menu:

doesn't seem to fit the rest of the terrain textures at all. But that
