Hello everyone,
I am - currently only for my own enjoyment - working on new more
authentic/detailed textures for the Concorde.
The Concorde is my favorite aircraft in flightgear and so I thought "Why not
start contributing to the realism of this model?"
I already made some progress on the BA l
Hello,
could anyone with write-access to the repository please change the
backslashes in the "include-part" of the file mentioned above to
"normal" slashes?
Thank you!

Hi!
Everytime. I'll try rolling back to an older OSG when I get a chance.
Are you sure you recompiled every single lib using up-to-date sources
(CVS/SVN)?
I encountered a segfault, as well, but I forgot to recompile simgear.
Double check the compilation order, too!

Hello,
I think this is worthwhile as:
1) It will mean that for the next release, all MP users will be able to see all
the other users, even if they don't have a specific aircraft installed.
2) A dedicated AI model is cheaper than a heavily LoD'd aircraft model.
3) For the majority of aircraft,
Hello,
I am experiencing a drastic reduction in framerate, when approaching
Nimitz in an airplane. As soon as it is "in sight" (i.e. is getting
cached for display, I guess) the framerate drops from about 40 to about
5 and the game is no longer playable.
"In sight" also means when directly star

Hello everyone,
while flying around with the Concorde, I noticed a bug that causes the
plane to be positioned on its hull instead of on its wheels when
positioning on ground or resetting fgfs. This can also be observed when
newly starting fgfs - the Concorde seems to be positioned too low but
Hello again,
it is (tiny) update time!
Thanks to Gijs de Rooy I could add a fistful of new chatter files for my
patch.
The files contain chatter of EHAM (Amsterdam) tower ATC.
The download location is still the same:

Hello,
I am currently creating high quality textures for the Concorde (but
several of the textures should be usable for other airplanes, as well).
I hope the creator of this model does not mind...
I am creating SVGs for liveries and other paintings, texts, signs in
general...
Well, why am I
Hello Gijs,
of course I would like to add your chatter files to the ones of KSFO.
Thank you for this great offer!
I would like to make them available for download on my website, if you
will agree.
My (tiny) website for the patch and the chatter files just went online a
few minutes ago: www.ra
nd perhaps creating
such a car for flightgear could result in other realistic airport
vehicles (fire trucks, busses, supply trucks...) interacting with the
aircrafts/pilots.
