You might want to ask him. Our IRC server is irc.flightgear.org. Sorry, I don't

Are there any equivalents for use in 3D instruments? It works on 2D
instruments, but not with 3D ones and pick animations. If those don't exist in

AFAIK there's a person working on that, and we can't integrate VATSIM support
on FG because of their NDA and obvious issues with the GPL. A proxy can be used
to talk between FG and a VATSIM client, but no VATSIM code should be included
with FG, only the proxy code.
That's what that guy is doing.

Yeah, you're right, I didn't update the data directory. I don't do that often,
because it takes ages for CVS to start update. Anyway, I'm going to update and

I am experiencing this bug: Some 3D objects/models are untextured, while some

You need to use the Route Manager dialog. The route will only activate once the
aircraft is airborne.
Look at the GPS dialog. If you see that the destination airport on the current
leg is your departure airport, go back to the route manager, search for your
destination's ICAO code, then press "D
FG works again here, but there are bugs with your code. Some models are
untextured, some are textured, and the shading is weird. Like when you have the
ambient value lower than rgb on a material setting on a model. The side away
from the light is dark.

I'm pretty sure that this bug happened to me before. If the GPS is set
to OBS mode, changing the course as to make the CDI needle center
causes the autopilot to follow north, while leaving it at the default
setting (north) causes the AP to follow the correct course. Is it
