Frame has import from Word. It actually works. If you have styles in Word, it is really good. You have to save the file as..doc >From Frame file menu Choose import file, as copy Then the first time there is a settings box You need to map Word styles to Frame files and then import. It works well.

It’s been a while since I have had to do this, but if you save the Word file as an HTML document, Word will extract all of the graphics and place them in a separate folder. I believe the graphics were saved as jpg files, but you can convert/rename those files as needed. I did not use the resulti

I use Klaus Daube's enhanced Toolbar (http://www.daube.ch/docu/fmaker71.html), which makes it easy to copy a paragraph or character style in Frame and paste it using Frame's powerful Find/Replace commands. Sounds like this works much the same as the Word commands. Carol At 05:14 AM 3/12/201
