I'm by no means an expert on Frame or Acrobat, but I just renamed a file
created with Save As PDF from Frame 7.0 (578) and the internal links all still
work. So not all internal links contain the filename and break when you change
it.

I don't know specifically about 7.2, but I generate PDFs from Frame 7.0 with
Acrobat 6 Standard all the time. I've never had a problem.
