Only issue we have found with Frame to PDF since the TCS upgrade is an issue of an auto number that uses a character style with an overline - where the overline seems to "hang" over the other text by two pixels. Probably not noticeable to most, but it was to us. Only suggestion we found was

Hello! We just moved from Frame 12 to 2017. Discovered an odd thing last week when outputting books to PDF. Our paragraph styles for table and figure names use numbering, and a character format that applies "overline" in the style. All looks fine in Framemaker, but when you output to PDF,
