Did you try to put a Page Break after the extra line following the
footnote, and does that carry the last footnote to the next page?
Also, look ar the Paragraph tag and see if there is an erroneous 'Keep
with next' element.

like the hold of the table footnote will not go away. I
Poor man's workaround: what about putting an empty paragraph after the final
footnote and THEN the paragraph style that is tagged to start a new page?
Whatever is clinging to the final footnote may stick with the empty paragraph
rather than the paragraph starting the next page.

Great thought, but nope. It's not marked as Keep with Previous or Keep with
Next. I know it has something to do w/ how FM handles table footnotes and
wanting to keep them all together at the bot

So, I hope I can adequately describe the situation I am trying to resolve. I
have a table w/ a set table format (I call it FieldTable_Title). Each of the
column headers in this one instance of the table has to have a footnote
reference. There are 4 table columns, hence, four table footnotes. I
