In my case, the arts upgrade had installed qt3 (!), an libreoffice was linking against it. I 'pkg_delete -f'd it, and the build seems to be running fine now, although time will tell. I will have to find out why, as it has happened before. So check whether qt3 is on your system, and, if so, nuke
