I believe the code is out there for your convenience. Patch it and
submit the patch. Even then, you probably won't see cosmetic changes
anytime soon.

Dell Optiplex G1 to begin with, ran almost nonstop for nearly 3
years. Only reboots were for upgrades and loss of power. Other
machines are typically delegated to hibernation when not needed.

Dimension 8300 (P4 3.0G w/HT).
My last boot showed some log data on the acpi0 device, but this safe
boot didn't. Should I just eliminate it and skip the CPU_ENABLE_TCC

others, I'm not sure that's possible. Think of the monitors as a 3

I had the same setup on FreeBSD versions, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10, and now 5.3
RELEASE. Works like a charm. And yes, I bought mine way back when it
cost a good months rent :|

This assumes you have a MAILTO variable set prior to the relevant cron
entry of course. Set it to the email address you want the results
sent to.
You can even separate those entries you want responses for by changing
the value of MAILTO prior to the entry.
