Arkady, this is a matter of layout, so this is for me to solve. :-)
"UR" is how Microsoft operating systems address the ukrainian keyboards.
"UA" is how the IBM operating systems do that.
So, I prepared the ukrainian layouts to accept both "UA" and "UR".
