Re: [Freesurfer] FsFast Functional Connectivity with subject-specific surface seeds

Thanks Doug. The labels work perfectly now. I also have a methodological question about the fsfast connectivity analysis: functional connectivity analyses in the literature (Biswal, etc) only looks at low-frequency fluctuations from BOLD signals. After preprocessing and regressing out nuisance re

[Freesurfer] FsFast Functional Connectivity with subject-specific surface seeds

Hi Freesurfers, We are trying to do a resting-state functional connectivity analysis using freesurfer. Instead of using the aparc+aseg segmentations as seeds, we would like to use a subject-specific surface labels that we have defined apriori. In the fcseed-config step, we then don't have a "segi

[Freesurfer] Using subject-specific surface label as seeds on functional connectivity

[Freesurfer] Convert non-surface labels to volume masks

Dear Freesurfers, I am trying to convert a non-surface label into a binary volume mask (does that make sense?). To create the label I used tkmedit (brush tool) to select the voxels I need on the appropriate slices and saved as a label file. Then I tried to use mri_label2vol to convert this label
