Only one mask and one threshold is used. If you need to combine masks in
some way, you can use fscalc (or mri_binarize).

Hello Freesurfer experts,
I would like to use mri_segstats with two different masks and thresholds,
such as:
mri_segstats --mask mask1 --maskthresh thresh1 --mask mask2 --maskthresh
thresh2
This command can run smoothly with our any error. However, I

Dear All,
I ran fsl feat on my functional data and have all my data transformed into
standard MNI space. However, I would like to use freesurfer generated white
matter parcellation (wmparc.mgz) to extract white matter signals from my MNI
space functi
Hi list,
I would like to make a mask of a significant cluster after FDR correction on
sig.mgz (FS-FAST analysis). I'm using tksurfer and its options (custom fill,
new label from marked) but I have some difficulties to save the mask. Could you
suggest me a reference/guide page, please?
Thanks

Hi Tudor
I guess the easiest thing to do would be to read the surface and the
electrode coords into matlab and just do an exhaustive search for the
vertex that has the closest MNI coord to each electrode.

Dear FS team,
I have structural data from a training study involving different tDCS
groups. I would like to define ROIs (masks) in MNI space corresponding to
the approximate cortical area underlying the tDCS electrodes, which were
placed on F3&F4 for one group and on P3&P4 in another group (10-20
Hi Freesurfers,
I've done a group feat analysis in FSL and I'd like to do an ROI
analysis of V1/V2. I've also done recon-all on all my subjects.
How would one generate the V1 and V2 binary masks from the fsaverage
brain and then register it to the common MNI-152 brain used for the
group feat analys
Hi Christian,
I'm sure it's possible, but you might want to check with the brainvoyager
people, unless someone on the list knows what their coordinate
conventions are

Dear Freesurfer-user,
I have a general question: if I created a activation mask during a fMRI task
with Brainvoyager software, which works with talairach space. Is it possible,
and do you know how, to transform the Talairach space mask into the Freesurfer
analysis?
Thanks,
Christian
