I have freevo-1 from SVN compiled in a local directory and I am able to
watch TV without any problems.

After trying an SVN version of Freevo (didn't start) and trying to install KAA
from svn
(needed evas; no ubuntu package for it...) I tried to reinstall Freevo 1.7.6.1,
which worked perfectly before (exept for the alpha blend bug).
