I know I am keeping my Pismo because of its versatility, even though I could
use the TiBook screen at times and would welcome an upgrade, but faster than
500MHz. On the other side, I expect that Apple would rather sell me a
TiBook, than have me upgrade my Pismo.

As a reseller of sorts, I've experienced some issues with Powerlogix, on a
handfull of upgrade cards.
All cards were returned to them, and ALL have been replaced. It has been
slow for one or two, but it is acceptable (or has been in my situations).

PowerLogix is not the size of Amoco, and unless I'm an idiot, I doubt
seriously that they have the capital to hire a whole new staff to deal with

I know it's been ugly with powerlogix and replacements. But I've had a
bluechip upgrade in my WSII for 15 months with no problems. It would be
interesting to know what percentage of boards have failed. Anyone seen any
numbers?
