My boss (a former rock musician) bought me and a couple of other guys in
the office a set of Altec Lansing speakers. They're small but the sound
is ASTONISHINGLY good, particularly the bass response. I think they were
fairly cheap too; around $50. I use them with my iPod all the time. For
