Think I figured it out. . . I completely removed Safari from my HDD by using "find" and moving all Safari files to trash. I then restarted, used find once more searching for any Safari files. Nothing. . .so after that, I went to Apples website, downloaded Safari and ran the installer again. T

Once again, I'm stuck wondering why Apple thinks everyone is gonna get all the answers they need in there incredibly lacking help program. According to it, Safari is supposed to import all my IE favorites the first time it runs. This is simply not true. It doesn't do anything except boot up.

My powerbook is the one with 2 megs video ram. Panther installs fine but the 2 megs cannot deal with the video. Strange and annoying artifacts. Turn video to 8 bit and all is well as can be under 8 bit. Regarding open firmware, The only way to get into open firmware on this model(500 mhz bluech
