sysctl hw.cpufrequency (you have to divide the answer by 1 million) gives
you proc speed, but I don't know whether it's actually measuring or just
reporting the state of a variable.

low-profile un-buffered PC100 3.3 Volt 144pin SODIMM. The question is,
Parity or Non-Parity, or does it matter? It specifies un-buffered,
which I take to mean Non-parity--is this correct?

I'm considering getting the Sony CRX830E CDR-DVD for my Pismo expansion
bay. I have found it at a few Mac parts sites, and it's pretty
