Use the universal Mac tool (straightened paper clip) to press the reset through the small hole in the bottom of the unit. Not sure about graphite ABS, but I think the Extreme one requires a longer press (a couple of seconds) to reset passwords etc. A short depress only reboots it. Also, the

I have tried the paper clip each time it just says the same thing. tried it for 10 secs then 30 secs then a minute. If i connect it to my cable modem it allows all the macs in the house to see it and to connect to the internet and each other, but i can not admin it and there fore i cannot have any

My ex-GF bought an iPod Mini and have great problems syncing it to anything as she have only USB-1 connectors on the PC and iBook 366 that she uses. She also don't have a firewire cable as these babies come with USB-2 cables only. I thought they'd be backwards compatible and only being slower,

Pismo CD/DVD drives stopped working

Hello, I have a Pismo and the CD drive (both CD and DVD) still spin up the CD, but no icon appears on the desktop. Both drives have the same problem so it is the laptop not the drives, I suspect. Is there a small connection to fix, or is this a logicboard problem? Thanks. -- G-Books is

Your mac problem lies in the fact that the box states you have to have OS X 10.1 or later. I have a 366 iBook too, and though I have not tried to synch my iPod because it synchs with the iMac I have, I am running the latest OSX. See about upgrading. That might solve it. Secondly, is the
