Holy Cow! Are you saying that Apple restored this feature in Jaguar? I
tried it back in 10.0 (I think) and of course, crashed the computer
(also a Pismo), so gave it up and figured Apple wouldn't bother fixing
it, since the current 'books don't have a second battery to swap. I saw
other people
was then (this was
around the time of clones)
it looked pretty interesting...but doesnt appear to have anything to do
with unix.

This is pretty strange. I no longer have 10.1.4, or even 10.1.5, but
the settings were
off without that part. I'll dig around to try to find the URL (I
don't think it was in an obvious part of their site), but I'm busy this
week and probably won't be able to get around to it.
