PRAM battery is new. The battery shows that it is fully charged though
it calculates its time left as only 30 minutes or so. It is one reason
I've come to suspect the PRAM.

No fan in a Wallstreet, at least I didn't see one when I took mine
apart to replace the PRAM battery. However, mine is a first generation
WS.

Well, OS X is now on the Wallstreet! I took out the new memory I
bought from OWC and replaced it with the original 32MB chip that was in
