A friend had a spare slot loading drive that he gave to me... i
swapped the drive with my original DVD-ROM, and now i have a bootable
CD/DVD drive, and CD-R capability. Whoo!

I saw the connector on the back, and it seemed to be the same
connector as on the back of the slot loading drive I pulled from a G4
Cube, but I'm unfamiliar with that formfactor.
