from the firmware update that I
needed to be running 9.1. I tried to reinstall 9.1 but it said it
couldn't overwrite 9.2.2.
I think I'm in a Catch-22 situation here. Help?

attempting to watch the DVD on the iBook itself.
It will play audio CDs without a problem, but I've tried 3 different
DVDs now with no luck. :(

Forgot to mention that the iBook is running 9.0.4, with 64 MB of
memory. I hope to upgrade both.

I am the new owner of a used iBook Graphite SE Firewire. When I try
to play a DVD, I get an error message which begins "Apple DVD player
does not support the video card..." and
the number 307.
Although I spent the last hours searching through Apple Support for
help, I couldn't seem to find anything.
Does anyone on this list have any ideas?
