Yeah very handy. You can also use a crossover as a straight through
now... the Macs know to reverse them.

The important thing to remember
I am running some Ethernet cable and I purchased the bare cable and ends to
put on after stringing the cable. Can anyone tell me what order the wires go
in in order to crimp the ends on, as there were no instructions supplied.
I am running cable from my dual Ethernet ABS to two Macs, a 8600
brown, brown /white, green, green/white, blue, blue/white, orange,
orange/white are how mine go, but as long as you make both sides the
same, should not matter
