Does anyone know where I can get a manual for a Wallstreet. I need to
know how to take it apart and upgrade the hard drive for a friend. I've
done this on my Pismo but I can't seem to get the Wallstreet apart and
don't want to force the issue.
Any help appreciated.
Remove the battery and CD Rom. Inside these compartments are 2 latches.
I believe you pull them toward you. (It's been a wile). These are on
the inside top
of the case that houses the track pad. The keyboard should pop up a
tinny bit.Then
just remove it (the keyboard) and your good to go.
Also,
Here it is:

It's a slide show, sort of.

Should a wallstreet be able to start up without the charge card (under
palmrest, charges the batteries) installed? My wallstreet still has it's
mystery startup problem, and the symptoms are different without that card
installed. Is that because it simply cannot complete the startup process

It's got a 12.1 FSTN screen, can I replace it with a 12.1 TFT screen from a
