arrived with some non-working keys on the keyboard.
I exchanged it for another keyboard which also had non-working keys
I had to conclude that either they were incredibly slipshod (how hard
is it to check out a keyboard?) or they knowingly sent me defective
merchandise and were hoping I wouldn't keep after them to correct the
problem. I have not done business with them since.

In Wegener Media's defense, I did have ONE transaction which went OK.

I'm 100 percent satisfied with Wegener Media transactions which do not

Not sure who the original poster was, but perhaps try looking in the phone
book? Here in Australia it gives directions for calling out of the country
in there... I also doubt there would be 3 zero's in the number, as that is
the emergency number here (same as America's 911)
