Thats great to know if you go to the spec sheet or macTracker it does
not talk about that if that is right I might move up to one of the
ibooks instead of the Pismo I use the DVD part alot and I like
panther . right now I have Lombard 400 I have used VLC but still a
little choppie when
Pismo, Hands down.
Except the original poster mentioned a Lombard. I would go with the iBook.
More recent hardware, better support in OS X...

Hmm. My 700 Icebook has a dongle that gives S-video
