installation program which ran off a CD which required booting off the
CD, pressing the programmer switch and then booting up and running a
program which modified the boot

I put a QS 933 MHz in a DA and it's now running Leopard nicely.
This is exactly what I'm wanting to do. Does anyone have a dual 1ghz
chip (w/ the complete set) for sell. I'd love to bump my DA's speed
with this kind of upgrade.
