Hi Thomas,
This is a good idea, but I think that the figures I would get from these
lists would be a bit too general unless therea re specific lists for Mac and
Linux audio games. Instead, what I think I might do is to post a survey on
the Blastbay website and of course on this list and a bunc

Hmmm...I guess I can clean my paws for the keyboard's sake. However, I

Hi Phil,
Holy cow! I'd say you have been busy with Sarah. I'm sure glad I have
a license for the full game. I'll be having fun upgrading to the new
version. Of course, I'd like to have fun with Sarah Good too, but my
wife won't let me have any fun with other women. Grrr...
Cheers!

Hi Philip,
I have a thought on this. Have you ever signed up to say the Mac
Visionaries mailing list or one of the VI Linux related mailing lists?
The reason I ask is you could talk to the list moderators to get a
number of list members for each of those lists and compile a general
idea of how many
Hi Bryan,
That's very simple. Those of us who use non-Windows machines install
Windows to have the power and functionality of both operating systems.
I, for example, can use Linux all I want, but when I want to play Tank

Hi,
In answer to your question the core of BGT was written in C/C++.
However, Angelscript was added on so you, the end user of BGT, could
write games using that scripting language and include the core BGT
C/C++ engine and libraries in your games.

I haven't bothered to get a Mack yet since I've never understood installing

Hi Travis,
It is certainly something that I will do, as soon as I can verify that the
demand for a Mac OSX or Linux version is as high as the demand for Windows
or marginally close to it. When this is the case, I shall certainly make
ports to both of these operating systems but until I can be

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your growl since my Sarah game update isn't completed yet.
I take it as a compliment.
I was planning to send the game to the beta testers a month ago but at the
last moment decided to add a new level to the game.I have included the

There aren't any designed specifically for the VI comunity... getting your
hands on the sdk for that would cost an arm and a leg if no more. Also, the
cartridges for the DS would be a problem as well. If you want mainstream

Hi Petr,
Yes, you certainly can play Audioquake on Linux. You basically have to
get and install the share ware Linux version of Quake for Linux and
then install the Audioquake stuff. I don't recall the exact setup
procedure right now, but I did it one time quite some time back. So I
know it can be

No problem. Glad I could be of some help. As it happens the topic of

Hi there will be an update being released, it's being developed at the
moment. There's a preview Phill did on the pcsgames site you can listen too
if you like. Did you get patch4? That updates the game to include sounds
rather than just have the objects call out their names. HTH from Lori.

I'm just wondering if the new update version of the Sarah game is out, coming
out, or if I missed it. I know there was supposed to be an update version
released last year. Does anyone have any information?
