Hi Michael,
Yes and no. You can not use the screen reader on the host operating
system to install a guest operating system like XP into a virtual
machine. That said, its not impossible to setup a virtual machine on
your own.
One way you could do this is if you have a full retail copy of XP you
Hi Michael,
Sorry, I should have also mentioned some sighted assistance may be
required to create the initial virtual machine. I have successfully
done it on my own using an uninattended install script--as you
yourself mentioned---but if the person runs into problems sighted help
is necessary.
Hi.
How is the new game are you planning to release it on helloween or
just whenever.
Just wandered if this would be a traditional realeased game on the day or not.

hello all,
please could anyone help me to get hold of the following games, all of which no
longer seem to be available for download, thanks:
Chopper challenge, Battleship Sv, Acefire, Bobby's revenge, The Savage Gambit,
Chicken Killer, Danger City,
Enemy Attack, Pigeon Panic, X- Wing Patrol.

with win2k and up. Unless that's only in vmware workstation?

Ok, this is hard to verify, since I don't have a heading command to give me
my current facing, but I think there's a disconnect between the mouse
steering and the Shift-a and Shift-d turning commands. Here's an example of
what I mean.

Chris, you're right about the steering. There is a bug that keeps the shift-a
and shift-d from realizing how much you've already turned with the mouse. I
suppose oversight would be a better word than bug, since the code isn't broken
in that place it just doesn't exist. I forgot to put it in,
well aprone I tried with the mouse but ended up after trying to turn
to smash into walls all the time.

I managed somehow to centre one zombie but then I prity much die

It works with JAWS or Window-Eyes, but it also works with SAPI, though I
feel sorry for an NVDA user trying to make do with SAPI at this point.

Hi.
MTScripts has a soundpack for cyber assault too, though it likely needs
some work especially after all these changes. I heard someone asking
about a soundpack for cyber, this one won't work for NVDA users just
yet. I've been telling people I'll look into that, so we shall see.

My suggestion would be to make multiple shot sounds for those which you
may have different impact sounds, and each one has a different impact
sound after it.

Hi,
Unfortunately, no. Originally I was planning to release the game on or
very near the 31st, but due to the fact I've been tied up with other
things I've had no time to create the game. Its never gotten passed
the idea phase. Sorry, but I'll have to release the game some other

Hi, Thomas,
When you release your Genesis engine, how much actual programming knowledge
will someone have to have to use it? Will some of the commands be executed by
normal text or will every command and function have to be executed with
programming terms and codes?
Thanks
Allen
The way I understand it is Thomas isn't even sure he'll be releasing Genesis
3-D to the general public or, at the very least, not right away now tat BGT
is available.

Hi Allen,
Genesis 3D requires a fair amount of programming to use. If I do
decide to release it to third-party developers it will likely use a
scripting language like Angelscript to script the engine for game x.
However, at the moment Genesis 3D is a static library, a dll file,

Hi Bryan,
Right. I could release it to the general public, but I think BGT
already does everything G3D can do and more. BGT is very simple to
use, uses a scripting language, where Genesis 3D still requires you to
actually include it into a Visual C++ project. I could change this
behavior by
Hi,
Not sure. I didn't see anything like that, but I am running the free
VMWare Player not VMWare Fusion or Workstation. I know there are extra
features etc in the commercial versions I don't get with the free
