Hi Milos and all,
You need to understand that in the eyes of the law failing to get direct
permission to share such files is illegal. It doesn't matter if the
company didn't give you a direct no answer. No answer is the same as
saying no until there is some written or oral agreement made betwee

However someone must be done maybe a direct approach.
Firstly someone local try call them.
If this does not work, we should distrobute and see.
If they decide to complain we can point them back to the attempts
I still don't agree. Code factory should give a definite yes for it to
be right. I suggest not to stop asking them if we can distribute them.

They chose to ignore parts of my message and took a long time responding to it,
I hear they don't respond at all some times.

hmmm its hard if they don't respond, I clearly asked about distrobution I am

What is one supposed to do, I don't have the clout some here have, I can't
distrobute full games even if I wish to.

2 and most importantly I only have a 128k connection and others

Hi Shaun and all,
From a legal perspective that is not true. Under international
copyright law unless you are given permission to redistribute their

developer does not say you can't redistribute the files does not

Of course, and that means "Do whatever you want, we are not interested
