I don't think this is bad of Microsoft. Good business sense. I just hope
they don't spread any FUD with the new campaign.
Okay, I was grinning when I typed the last sentence. But it is a good
business plan.

Nothing specific Choppy. A few paragraphs perhaps. Just write about any
issues, likes, and dislikes, perhaps a run through of how the book flowed,
and then some conclusions. Once you have the review send it to me.

I can't think of much that Microsoft has done that hasn't made 'good

plan is ethical. Most businesses need to keep their practices ethical in
order to keep favor with their customers, but as time has proven,

John,
I've got Mandrake 8.0 on my laptop if you want to demo it as well.

Caveat Emptor.
MicroSoft is not the only business culpable for selling a
pig-in-a-poke. That term pre-dates MS by a few thousand years. Any
moron stupid enough to fall for that scam deserves what happens to
their stock. MicroSoft's dot net scalable enough to run SAP for a
fortune 500? Come on,
I'll help out with the Red Hat 8.0 demo, if you like.

Thanks, I appreciate it a whole bunch. I was also thinking of demoing the nice
install RedHat 8.0 has on a separate box, of which we have plenty.

Will be my pleasure, and that should have read Mandrake 9 rather than 8 as
well. Must be an epidemic.
See you then,
