After seeing the PPMC respond quickly and sensibly to issues I identified
without push back, I'd be happy to see them graduate. (I'm also really

Hi Felix,

My understanding is, that we are well aware of this concern, which others have

Thanks Justin,
We have addressed the issues you have found and we are starting to simplify
the released artifacts.
We have voted a new RC on the SystemML podling list and I should be sending
a new vote soon.

I raised the concern over using github as the primary repo. This is still

- restructured the API Gateway references: It is expected
that the API Gateway will be refactored with additional
code donated by IBM during incubation.
- added a note on the API Gateway’s dependency on OpenSSL

Thanks for welcome.
Jut FYI, creating the editable proposal page on the wiki ( maybe
https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/WeexProposal ) allows easy
collaboration! To get edit permission to edit Wiki, please send a mail

Thanks.

I think for external chats we should rather recommend Gitter, which has
open rooms (anonymous lurking allowed) and "unlimited" searchable logs (and
unlimited number of users) and don't require workarounds with a sign up bot.
