We’ve passed the VOTE on dev@, still looking for a few binding VOTE on general

Hello Apache DataSketches IPMC and Community,
1. This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-memory version:

high-performance access
to off-heap memory for Java applications. These are low-lev
Hi,
+1 from me.
I checked:
- Incubating in name
- Disclaimer exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
- No unexpected binary files
- Code compiles

Julian,
I'm currently working through the details of releasing the code with our legal
department. Clearly this has taken longer than I anticipated, given that we
had fundamental agreement to release before I started the process. Who knew?

DISCLAIMER files, as well as looking over the contents of the release for
licenses and to make sure there weren't any binary files (beyond image

Hi Justin and Incubator
Regarding the project name potential conflict risk, the EasyScheduler
community decided to choose a new name.
Through a public community vote[1], they are going to use
`DolphinScheduler` as the new project name.
Later, I will change the proposal and sync update w/ new link
