That is not the impression given by the website or GitHub.
There is no indication that any of the downloads are not approved by

A lazy consensus is met at [1]. I support Justin's opinion that "we were
not too prescriptive on the exact wording". But this patch can be used as a
reference for a good starting point for other podlings.

Hi Kent
That's a good question, and it's also a fair topic in TLP:
contribution is not only code, anything helping the project and
community to grow (documentation, participation on the mailing list,
events, etc) is as good as code. So, an initial list should balance
"technical/coding"
I currently don’t see anything you would need to do … just maybe some more
Incubator members to do a vote …
Let me advertise this … It’s a really simple to review project as they have not
really copied anything from other projects, and everything is in a shape I
would wish more of our more
Thanks Kent for your attention.
Like described in proposal, the contributions in other ways rather than
code will also get counted in initial committers.
Xu has done some great work in promoting Gravitino in public event and
blog, and help us to find important bugs in their production environment,

Hi,
Chris
Sorry, I saw from the d...@answer.apache.org mailing list that the content
of your email ended with Kumfo's voting information, so when I transferred
to the incubator to vote, I didn't bring your voting results and counted
you. The result of this vote is still not enough.
By the way,
You did carry over my vote from the dev list, as I asked you to?

Hi
I have a question about the initial committer list
Xiao Xu (GitHub: theoryxu), with only 1 credit[1], has been added to the list.
However, some of the contributors from the TOP10, such as qqqttt123[2]
and ch3yne[3], are not included.
Could you provide additional details to confirm Xu's
Hi
I will check the release today. Sorry for the delay.

Hello,
The Apache Answer 1.3.1-RC2 version has been waiting for voting for the
fifth day, and there are currently no IPMC members voting. So, if any IPMC
members have some spare time, please help us get the vote done.

The download links are not in compliance with ASF policy.
(and the signature button does not link to the signature)
Also the quick setup section links directly to code that has not been
formally released.
The quick setup instructions should only reference released code, i.e.
code that has passed

The project already has a good community and the mentors and lots of
the initial committers are already familiar with open source,
especially the Apache way.
I think joining the incubator will benefit both sides, either the
project or the ASF.
Thanks.

Greetings,
I'm pleased to announce the launch of the redesigned Apache ResilientDB
(Incubating) website, now live at https://resilientdb.incubator.apache.org.
The website has been rebuilt using Next.js and Tailwind CSS for improved
user experience and scalability, with CircleCI integrated for

I agree on the '(Incubating)' in the repo description part.
For the disclaimer part, [1] first had:

Yep, that should be done.

That is
Looks interesting to me.
I would be willing to be an additional mentor or join the initial set of
team members if there is interest.

Now that 'incubator' is no longer required as part of Git repo names,
the question arises: what notification is required to ensure users are
aware of the status?
Whilst the DISCLAIMER file is helpful, and having '(Incubating)' in
the repo description/About, neither of these are all that obvious.

It looks like a good project with many application scenarios.

+1. Thanks JB for the proposal.
Unified Data Catalog is more and more important in the data and AI domain.
Project gravitino should be the first one in ASF to address this area.
The project is very active and has outstanding contributors from different
organizations and companies.
Glad to see it
