Willem, cannot agree with you any more. It is not a rocket science as you
said. It's in fact just an engineering practice. We will keep improving it
and make sure everyone follows it.
Cheers,

I'm happy to see the common Dubbo release practices could guide other
incubating project. It's not a rocket science, we just need pay more
attentions on the first and second around release to setup right
release procedure and building scripts. Please make sure the team
member aware of this guide
Yeah, it's a good plan that the experienced PPMC can help other new
project members.
We just need to make sure it's on the good track.
It's good to see Dubbo is near graduation by the way.

I was thinking about this.
As there are some new subproject join the dubbo project. I think it
could be a challenge to make sure all these new sub projects are
following the Apache release rules. Did you have any plan to do this?
Maybe a release manager team could help the new committer to do the
first few release check.
Hi community,
It looks like all the questions and concerns have been cleared.
If there is no other comments, I am planning to start the formal vote tomorrow.

Hi, Sheng & Huxing
All these repos under my personal Github id has already been donated to ASF
since incubation. I think they are just backups at that time, now we all work
on https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo-website, I even forgot their
existence.
I will delete the following repos

Hi
I am just asking the question about the repo in the proposal.
Because all repo(s) in the proposal should have been moved into ASF.
Could you add the status of all repo in your WIKI page?

No. How to give the right permission to the authors of the projects
has been discussed here[1].

Dave & Others,
This "3rd party" site (https://github.com/dubbo) is used for building
Dubbo's eco-system. Just as you said, It contains both the projects which
will be donated and which may not, so the final goal for this "3rd party"
site is pretty clear: it will contain and only contain projects

Agree with Dave.

For the artifacts already having published, I don't think we can do more,

Dubbo, IMO there is no branding issue against Dubbo. The mailing list

3rd party dependency is ok, I think. If ml has been removed, which should
be good.

I am not asking to move all repo related to Dubbo, which is decided by the
project owner or Dubbo community.

Hi
I have no doubt about the activity level of Dubbo community, as I have seen
a lot of events and users around the project. So most cases, I think Dubbo
is nearly to graduate.
But I want to remind the incubator and Dubbo community, please pay
attention to other things, besides codes and
Hi All,
Since Apache Dubbo (incubating) entered the Apache incubator in
February 2018, the Dubbo community has been growing in a fast and
healthy way. Thanks to all the mentors, the community has learned a
lot about how to collaborate in Apache way.
During incubation, we have:
